I recently had One Happy Chef cater a bridge luncheon for me and it was a huge success!! It was a 3 course luncheon: appetizer-mini crab cake w/lemon dill sauce, entrée-warm seared shrimp,scallop & arugala salad, dessert-strawberry & marscapone granita. Yummy. One of the gals never eats crab cakes and she ate all and said it was to die for!! For your next party or event call One Happy Chef.
